Each packet contains multiple pieces: a letter from the Artistic and Executive Directors, a parking map, and five parking vouchers. As subscribers choose between getting their tickets delivered by mail and email/will call, there are two versions of these packets (with two different letters). Email/will call packets are sent out directly by our mail house, while unsealed windowed envelopes are returned to the box office to be stuffed with tickets and posted.
I was able to improve accessibility for our audiences by making the map easier to read (in part by improving contrast and introducing a pattern fill) and changing the size of the letter and map to an 8" x 14" from 8 x 11", which enabled us to increase the font size of the text and add white space.
