I have over 15 years of experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that apply comprehensive research, captivating creative, and insights from analytics.
I began my career in theatre, becoming certified as a proofreader and writing copy while managing promotional campaigns for Broadway and Off-Broadway productions with prominent press and advertising agencies. Working with talented designers, I developed an interest in html, and began taking graphic design courses at NYU SCPS. I was an early adopter of Google Ads and Analytics (later becoming certified), and appreciate how data can both increase efficiency in real-time and provide road maps for future campaigns!
As a promotions manager for nonprofits, I’ve valued institutional assets, created sponsor letters, and developed marketing decks, building lasting grassroots partnerships and attracting valuable institutional support through media and corporate partnerships.
I’ve written for a wide range of interests—adult classes, camps, children’s programming, concerts (cabaret, classical, jazz, musical theater), health and wellness, local businesses, museums, politics, recruiting, talks and readings, visual arts, and so many more. I know that creativity and planning go hand-in-hand! I’m results-oriented, and achieve this by identifying target audiences and putting together compelling and creative research-based strategies.
As a former Girl Scout, I’m proud to have spent most of my career working for non-profits, striving to “make the world a better place.” I collaborated on the marketing for the first #GivingTuesday at its inaugural home, 92nd Street Y. We’re a great match if you, too, view DEIA (diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility) as both a social good and good business practice.
I’d love to work with you one-on-one or in collaboration with your team. Check out my portfolio for some samples of my past work!
